The manual credit card approval process was taking up to 5 business days, leading to a 40% drop-off rate among younger customers. The bank needed a mobile-first, high-security system capable of instant credit scoring and biometric authentication.
02. OUR SOLUTION
We built a native mobile application environment that leverages device-level biometrics (FaceID/Fingerprint). The backend uses a complex scoring algorithm orchestrated via Laravel and Redis for ultra-fast data processing. We integrated third-party credit bureaus via secure, low-latency API gateways.
