01. THE PROBLEM
The client was using a fragmented system of emails and consumer-grade chat apps, leading to massive data leaks and communication silos. Their 500+ employees needed a secure, real-time platform that worked across all devices without compromising enterprise security standards.
02. OUR SOLUTION
We engineered a custom real-time messaging architecture using Socket.io and Laravel. The frontend, built with Flutter, provides a unified experience on iOS, Android, and Desktop. We implemented End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for all private channels and a highly scalable push notification system via Firebase.
03. THE RESULT
The platform reduced internal email volume by 70% and increased project coordination speed by 2x. The system maintains a sub-50ms message delivery latency even during peak hours with full concurrent usage.
