01. THE PROBLEM
A heritage trust managing multiple historical sites faced "thundering herd" issues during festival seasons, where booking surges would take down their legacy servers. They required a modern, cloud-native solution for vazhipadu (offering) bookings and crowd management.
02. OUR SOLUTION
We deployed a highly available Laravel application on AWS with auto-scaling groups. We implemented a Virtually Queued Booking System that handles burst traffic by offloading requests to a specialized Redis-backed buffer, ensuring 100% booking integrity even under extreme load.
03. THE RESULT
The system handled 1.5 Million bookings during the festival season with zero downtime. Revenue transparency increased by 100% through the new automated auditing dashboard, directly impacting the trust's operational sustainability.
